Managing theme settings

You can manage how Kpow looks to you by setting a theme preference that either follows your system settings (Kpow's default) or always uses a light or dark mode.

In the top-right hand menu of Kpow, select the theme toggle to switch between dark and light mode.

Your preference will be saved across sessions.

Accessibility notes

In our commitment to accessibility, every element within Kpow undergoes rigorous testing to ensure compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

Both our light and dark themes are designed to surpass the WCAG 2.0 contrast ratio requirements. For normal text, we exceed the stipulated 4.5:1 ratio, while for larger text, our contrast ratio exceeds the recommended 3:1.

Charting accessibility

You can set decal patterns as a secondary representation of color to further differentiate data in charts.

Go to Settings > User Preferences > Charting accessibility
