Insights

Overview​

Insights, as a landing page for Signals, gives you at-a-glance read on cluster health.

Summary​

A summary block at the top of the page shows the following metrics as well as how they change over time:

  • Health score: A percentage across all checks — an OK counts as one, Warning counts as half, Error counts as zero.
  • Health status: Overall status badge. It rolls up from the worst check: Error if any check is in error, Warning if any check is in warning, otherwise OK.
  • Errors/Warnings/OK: Number of checks currently in each status.

Issue group view​

Checks are grouped by resource the check is focused on: Broker, Topic, Consumer group. A group's status rolls up the same way as overall health following the same logic as the Health status from the Summary section.
